And we’re here to help. Accelerator, an Entrepreneurs’ Organization program, is the catalyst that enables first-stage entrepreneurs to catapult your business to the next level. Our mission is to empower you with the tools you need to grow your business to more than US$1 million in sales and provide you with the skills to make yourself a better entrepreneur and leader.
Along with structured educational content focused on the core areas of first-stage businesses, the Accelerator Program affords you the unique experience of learning from and connecting with the world’s most influential entrepreneurs.

BE A FOUNDER OF A COMPANY
To qualify for the Accelerator program you must:
Be the owner or founder of an operating business with gross yearly revenues between US$250,000 to US$1 million.

DESIRE TO BELONG TO THE LARGEST COMMUNITY OF ENTREPRENEURS IN THE WORLD.
The accelerator program is focused on supporting entrepreneurs so they can grow their businesses and become candidates to enter EO
Benefits and Cost

ENTREPRENEURS' ORGANIZATION FACILITATORS
Each quarterly program will be led by a trained facilitator. These facilitators will bring a wealth of experience and connections to help you navigate through the content and glean as much as possible from the learning that is presented. The facilitator will answer questions from personal experience, helping you deal with the issues you face in your company with thoughtful and practical insights.

ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP
As an Accelerator participant, you will be matched with other participants to form a small group known as Accountability Groups. These groups will ensure that you are learning and growing as an individual, both through the learning provided in the classroom and through the interaction with your peers. Groups will be provided a framework and tools to keep in touch between meetings to help each keep on track with their committed goals.

MENTORSHIPS
As a program that is facilitated by the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, the Accelerator Program enables you to meet on a montly basis with an Entrepreneurs' Organization member in your area. This Entrepreneurs' Organization member, a successful entrepreneur who leads a business with at least US$1 million in annual revenue, will serve as your local Entrepreneurs' Organization Accelerator contact, helping to guide the program locally with a committee of other Entrepreneurs' Organization members who are dedicated to the success of the program and its participants.

PEER-TO-PEER LEARNING
Once accepted to the Accelerator Program, you will be able to network with other emerging entrepreneurs who can offer lessons and insights from their personal experience. The networking among Accelerator participants will be an invaluable part of the program not only in your local city but in the additional cities launching around the world.

CONNECTIONS
What would you give for the ability to tap into a group of 3-5 fellow business owners who can open your eyes to options and solutions based on their real-life experiences?

COSTS
Fees for the Accelerator Program is currently US$3,000 .This fee grants you access to four quarterly learning events as well as numerous networking opportunities with your peers. Upon acceptance into a local Accelerator program, these fees will be pro-rated from your start date through 30 June to align with a 1 July to 30 June fiscal year.

Co-founder of several companies in different fields, including ARSTAR (manufacturing bathroom sinks for the U.S. market), Pan La Fuente (bakery of whole grain products, granola, and cookies for self-service and convenience store chains), and Gambusinos (entertainment concessions and food and beverage sales). He has managed companies in the metal-mechanic sector, conducted audits for music festivals, and participated in franchise projects.

Since 1994, he has been involved with Univest Mexicana, S.A. de C.V., where he currently serves as CEO and President.
He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Xignux , Univest Mexicana, Geométrica, Quinto Sabor and Formando Emprendedores A.B.P.
Ing. Garza Domínguez is currently the President of Formando Emprendedores, A.B.P., a nonprofit organization in which he has been involved since 2008. He has been a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) since 2004.

An entrepreneur since 2008, and I have founded five companies and I’m currently the CEO of SISAT.
Expert in software development specialized in the planning, optimization, monitoring, and analysis of last-mile routes, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions and mobility problems in cities while helping companies reduce their fuel costs, operation times, and maintenance expenses by making their fleet usage more efficient.
I have been a member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) since 2017, have served as a judge at various entrepreneurial events such as GSEA and the Entrepreneurs Challenge at Tec de Monterrey, and was a finalist in the 2022 EY Entrepreneur of the Year program organized by Ernst & Young (EY). I’m currently a board member of EO Chapter Monterrey and the president of the EO Acceleration program.

VERIFY SALES CRITERIA
Share your financial statements and your articles of incorporation with the head of the accelerator to verify your sales level over the last few years.
